Hello, greetings from Kolkata. During bike riding you have to keep your shoulder in a particular position for prolonged time. This type of pain is generally caused by muscle fatigue or spasms. If that's the cause it would be benefited by hot fomentation and paracetamol. If it doesn't subside, your shoulder should be thoroughly examined for any internal structure damage.
Next Steps
refrain from stressing your shoulder by lifting heavy weights or prolonged bike rides for a few days.
Health Tips
show an orthopedic or sports surgeon
