On Sunday while playing cricket and taking a catch,the ball hit hard on the top of little finger of right hand and it got bent. Immediately I stretch it it get back in normal shape, but there is pain in knuckle and swallow on Palm near finger joint. Please advice. I also attached x ray and hand photo

I had a bad fall years ago fell on my right foot had muscle damage then after some months that was cured but when i stand for a long time or walk run do any kind of physical activity i get this pain from the back of my ankle took an x-ray was diagnosed with calcarea spur but I don't understand why i feel pain from my ankle which affects the way i walk sit or do anything then i did some searching and found about Achilles tendon but don't know what to do

Hi, I am having pain in top of my foot. Basically the lace area of the foot. It's been a week and pain is not subsiding. It increases when I am sitting on a chair. If foot is at rest, then pain is less.
