I am having neck pain from past 1 month with radiating to head and shoulders. I have attached my xray is it anything to be ruled out to be. What should be done next.

While using medicine my uric acid is upto 3 to 4.5 for a month. But after that it increases, now 5.7. There is pain in my ankle when I wake up in the morning.

I have been undergoing physiotherapy for last 5-6 months for treatment of Right frozen shoulder. All my lab tests , Sugar, RH , Uric acid etc are normal. Also no known injury. Really do not know , how it happened. Though there is improvement in my range of motions but still experiencing pain early morning in my shoulder area . Please advise .

It started a month back, I didn't had any injury, as far as exercise goes, I do light yoga, that's it. I did handstand too couple of times. The dull ache/discomfort is just below the breast and it goes to back and side of the body(under armpit area to chest side) Sometimes it feels like air is trapped under breast, it's not consistent, comes and goes. Sometimes it's sharp pain for few minutes from shoulder area to arm to upper back to rib lines near chest left side. I have done everything I was told by doctors from heat compression to pain killers to rest to light stretching, it doesn't go. No swelling, no bruises nothing. Sometimes the pain is in breast for few minutes and subsides. I did my ECG and Echodiagram to be safe, all normal. What is this discomfort?

Is it possible knee bending after distal femur communicated fracture 4 month passed of my surgery but knee bending 30 degree how much time is enough for knee bending 6 month or 8 month or no time
