Bone & Muscle problems

I have a neck pain especially on the right side..that pain radiates to the right shoulder and further down to the upper arm. I also feel there is a slight swelling on the area between shoulder and armpit..on the shoulder muscle. please suggest a treatment or medicine.

I have been suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain from the past two days. The muscles along the shoulder seems to be hard and painful. I tried using volini spray and some herbal oil along with hot bag but didnt do much help. I feel my neck kind of holding something heavy

I hit the gym regularly and nowadays, I feel a little pain in my elbow and wrist joints. I lift heavy and doing it from 2 years. I am an eggiterian and do not consume meat. Can I take the tablets.? Hi , My father is suffering from Multiple spinal disc lession with degenerative changes as per xray report with acute back pain not able to sleep at night. Issue has started since a year without any fall or accident. Currently taking session with physiotherapy but no improvement. Post operative knee stiffness, Peroneal nerve oedema after 3 months post op, Now femoral plate removed and mobility restored but foot drop is present. So I wanted to ask that is there possibility of femoral plate screw blocking common  peroneal nerve in medial part? There was swelling in knee which is reduced after implant removal. Can peroneal nerve oedema be cured surgically?
