Even though XRay reported is normal considering age of your dad I thinks expert opinion from nearby local Orthopaedic surgeon is needed. Knee means lot for mobility and it's not only bones get injured during fall @ elderly age . Needs rule soft tissue injuries as well

I can understand your dilemma as the report is very concise…. But there is nothing wrong with knee…. It’s just a age related changes with your father…. It’s will happen to u and me at some age….

As per the X ray report, there isn't any injury in knee joint. The changes are related to degeneration of cartilage inside knee - osteoarthritis
Next Steps
He may take analgesic tablet if he has pain. Avoid sitting down cross leg, avoid forward bending,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid stair climbing and descending

Hello, there is nothing to get tensed. The xray report of the right knee joint shows decreased joint space mostly due to aging. This is not serious.
