As per the report, there is a possible lesion in lung which is suspected to be cancer.
There is also an additional lesion in vertebrae which may be a secondary lesion ? Metastasis.
Next Steps
It would be better to visit a nearby hospital and get thoroughly examined so that diagnosis can be confirmed and treatment can be planned accordingly..
