Feeling Imbalance while walking and Feeling Dizzy when I stand or walk for more time, Also feeling fatigue whole day and full body weakness in hands, legs & knees and Shoulders. I was diagnosed with vertigo few months ago but after taking the 1 month course still this issue has been not resolved which I have explained above. Can anyone help me what should I do as already visited ENT specialist and Neurologist for the same problem, is this a problem related to orthopaedic, can anyone please let me know.??
