Hello Doctor, From some few days I'm feeling pain in my hear on heel right side, special morning wakeup time when stand on floor from bed.

Sir, can I join gym before 2months due to deadlift I got back pain after some strength exercise my back pain is decrease almost when I sit and leg straight then sharp pain otherwise im ok, can I join gym see my mri reports I take 2month rest also

Hello Doctor, I experience little cracking sound in my knees whenever I make my legs straight. There is no pain, no swelling...all is there is a sound every time. Is there any supplement/medicine available to strengthen the joints or lubricate it. I hope you would have understood my point by now. Could you please suggest something? Also I came to know about a medicine called 'Rosiflex Trio', Not sure how much useful it would be in this case. PS - I have no allergies to any medicines, no past history. Thank you so much in advance!

Respected dr., Yesterday evening i suddenly started feeling sharp pain at left hand side back while i breathe and i took painkiller. But today also i am unable to lay straight and take deep breaths as i do so then i start to feel pain. I went to a general physician as today there was no orthopedic dr was available here. He asked me to take a chest xray. I am uploading the same here. Please help.i am also unbale to twist on right side. Thanking you in advance.

Hello doctor There was some injury in my little finger But it is almost 9 months and my little finger has somewhat deformed Please help me what i need to do It is not hurting or nothing But it is deformed Please help me

Suffering from pain in heel from last 4 month unable to walk properly in morning while waking up after 5 mins it will reduce. I have to stand minimum 5 hours per day . Kindly suggest good opinion Thanking you.

I have notice it is not frequently but since many days i am feeling discomfort/tiny pain in both legs when i try to sleep, i always move my both legs, I'm bit confused what type issue is this. Many told me it may be (RLS) I'm not aware of it, If someone can assist me that will be great.

I  fell down and my foot got twisted at night I went to a hospital. Dr told to take X ray and and according to reports I have muscle tear and hair point fracture.  Dr has put plaster to my left  leg for 25 days. My plaster is removed now but my muscle tear problem is still exist. Still I have swell and bluishness in that area They told me that now I can walk and swelling will be there for almost 1 month Please suggest me is it's normal or not

My chest on just left side pains when i stretched. pain is not regular also its pain only when i stretched. it also pain when i press little hard on the left part.
