I am feeling pain in my hand and its fingers from about a week.. i had this type of pain a year ago. At that time i had taken fish oil capsules and it became normal. I have again developed pain in fingers, but this time sometimes whole hand starts paining..

Will I get a consultation through chat only for my knee problem. The problem is I have knee pain on front part of knee while walking and numbness on back of knee while sitting and folding the leg. This problem is with right leg only.

I am having a lower back pain in right part as well as pain in right leg. From few days i am not able to stand now, even sitting straight is a huge problem for me. I have gone to doctor they have done all mri and x ray told be a nerve has stuck between my L5 and L4 disc due to degenerative problem. What to do surgery or physiotherapy?

Iam 55 year female attained menopause one year ago.I have developed severe joint pain in my fingers suddenly 10 days back.Got my health check and arthritis profile done.My RA factor and Anti CCP are negative with 68 ESR and 9 CRP.Rest all the reports are normal.What could be the reason for my finger pains of both the hands.

I was sitting normally and suddenly when I tried to get up my lower back started paining badly. I was unable to stand and sit. Even while moving I am feeling pain. It is a little better with massage but still I can feel the pain.

I had surgery on my wrist and a plate was provided for jointing the bone. After surgery, I feel weight in the hand and unable to hang or hold them for long times. Pain also persist. How to rid the same.

From the past 2 days my left chest has been paining today I suddenly woke up with a very sharp pain in my calf muscles and it has swelled up a but what could be the reason.

My doctor diagnosed me with spondeslysis after checking xray report.Prescribed medicines and physiotherapy. But even after taking for 15 days there is no cure. I am still feeling the same pain and needles pricking sensation. What is the issue? How to get cured?

I was very physically active and doing regular cardio and resistance training upto 5-6 days a week until mid 2021, following which I stopped working out due to a job change. My lifestyle became very sedentary since then and I have only started getting back into workouts this month. Since I had gained quite a bit of weight in between I was advised to start with cardio, and I began cycling on a machine (which was how I originally got into a fitness routine). However I notice that when I keep the machine on a higher resistance setting to cycle, my knees start to ache after a few minutes and the pain subsides when I slow down or lower the setting. So far I have not noted this in any other leg exercise. Please advise if it needs to be checked, or is a side effect of the long period of inactivity.
