Sacroilitis
I had sharp pain on my left hip. My mri reports showing sacroilitis on my left side hip joint. But my right side knee also swelling and pain. Is it possible that left side hip joint pain can cause right side knee pain ? Please help..

It could be inflammatory arthritis.. initially evaluated by taking ESR, CRP , HLA b27.. Do yu have any chest tightness??
