Hello doctor, i am suffering from leg pains, where there is joint musle of back side is paining and also iam not able to stand for more than 15 to 20 mins, recently i was delivered in tne month of nov 2021,my baby is 7 th month now, iam facing this problem from 2 months,what should i do?

I have knee bone spur in both my knees my joint space is normal but I have pain doctor has recommended Rejoint medicine with pan d but is it necessary to take pan d every day can not i take just Rejoint medicine everyday without pan d and for how many month i can take this medicine pls help
