Good evening doctors! I'm 27 y/o guy, Its been more than a week I've been facing pain in my rotator cuff part in both arms shoulder and it's not going away. Worsens at night. Any medication that i shall take or other suggestions please? Also my father 56 y/o has sharp pain in his left arms shoulder. He said he has some past injuries in that side and the pain feels deadly if sudden action taken. Please guide me through this. Much appreciated Thank you!

Good evening doctors! My mom aged 52 y/o. She is a homemaker and Suffering from knee pain from quite a few months. She has an activity of prolonged praying and sitting with folded legs many times a day. Her ankle also pain while she gets up to stand. She use to walk hard and fast like a youngster but its sad to see her walking like this. Any suggestions for do's and don'ts please guide me through. Thank you!

Hello I have shared u a photo of my ankel swelling wen I went to general physician they say it's not swelling wen I pressed it's like so soft like water is inside and I did all ecg heart scan, TMT, blood test, ur in test liver, kidney function everything is normal but why is this swelling happening plz let me no wat cause ankel swell like this

Tested vitamin D last month ..it's too less... doctor prescribed me medicine... vitamin D sachet, shalcel and lupin colsive...but no improvement...what should I eat ...please prescribed me for 6month or 1 yr medicine sothat I will be cure ...I also get rest by showing the prescription to my higher authority...
