Looking at the reports, it appears to be a minor injury involving ACL, medial meniscus. It should usually subside /heal by medicines.
Next Steps
You should visit a nearby hospital and get yourself checked clinically for the possible reason for the pain which is persistent for more than 4 months now. You can start with analgesic tablet SOS, take protein supplement with collagen 1 peptide and vit c combination for better healing..
Health Tips
Avoid strenuous activities for now. Start with knee strengthening exercises gradually. Hopefully it should heal up by Physiotherapy and medicines.
