Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Sir,Madam I have been suffering from two legs heel pain for over a month now,recently one week before I have observed blood and water y fluid leakage from the leg toe.Why It has happened in thay way please answer to my question sir/madam Here I am attaching pics of my leg

Do I have a herniated disc or bulging fish problem is it serious I am just worried about this. I don't have severe pain and all.

Knee pain. Can't even lift leg. It's fully swell also from knee side. Visited renouned doctors, they give only pain killers & nerve inflammable medicines. After taking pain killer, no pain but don't want to take them anymore. Please assist

I get cruchy feeling in right side chest muscles(attached to sternum? I have pain along the sternum for a year now. but i noticed now while massaging that i feel the muscles are not firm like left side. gets a crunchy feeling in the muscles

MRI report Postero-central disc protrusion at L4-L5 level indents the thecal sac & abuts bilateral traversing nerve roots Posterior disc bulge at L3-L4 level abuts the thecal sac without neural compression. Mild posterior disc bulge at L5-S1 level abuts the thecal sac without neural compression. Please suggest

Namaste.Iam 54 yr old.Attained menopause one year back.Since 2 months all my joints started aching.I have no swelling or redness.My fingers are stiff in the morning with pain and will get relieved after some time.But no swelling.Iam taking glucoseamine with chondroitin and MSM.Is it serious? Will this go away after some time.What should I do to protect my joints. Thankyou.

Here attached one x ray of back side as I am having pain left hand joint back side with radiated left hand, for the same doctor asked me to do a xray, I am not able to understand this x ray, could you please help to find if any problem in X-Ray.
