I had core decompression done in both the sides of the hip for AVN induced by steroids. Can I consume alcohol occasionally like once in 3 months or 6 months. May be a couple of bottles of beer or 2-3 large whiskey?

Dear sir, I am suffering from cognitive problems and memory issues, i have pain in my spine in one of the bones i don't know what section of spine are called. I get motivated to work, i work for 4-5 days then get demoralized. I want to know if spine medicine can solve my cognitive problems. I had a Knee pain from last 15 days and I was taking injection and tablet as attached from this evening It's very heat near knee please advice. In attached I am taking only first injection and pirox DT. Shall I continue with the other medicines as prescribed in prescription or any other suggestion and reason of heat. For past one week, I have pain on my both the knees just above the knee cap and slight pain under the small vertical bone below my knee. This pain occurs when sitting and when the pain starts, entire thigh and calve muscles are paining. I could also feel some tingling sensation when I press knee. But there is no pain when I touch or press also there is no bulging or tenderness. I also don't feel the pain when standing or walking or climbing the stairs but pain occur only when sitting.

Hello doc, From the past few months am experiencing slight pain in the ribs sometime on the left rib sometime on the right when I try pressing it from where I feel the pain it intensifies a bit. Not sure if its something related to the rib muscles or the is it related to bones. Please provide your valuable suggestion for my query. Thanks in advance.
