  4. Left side pain. Test. or not. ?

Left side pain
I am having pain in my left side of neck,shoulders and arms..some feeling in hands also..Sometimes palpitations also..pain comes with dizziness,fatigue.I also get tired easily while moving or doing household chores..Rapid breathing while walking.My ecg,echo,trop T came normal..Doctor said no cardiac related..Should i go for a Treadmill test..or not..??

Radiating pain to left shoulder ahh, ? Any weakness in left hand to hold r grasp No need for treadmill test, Better get the X-ray of cervical spine -AP and lateral(flexion n extension ) views and share it with me.
