What are the symptoms of dendritic spine, does this cure schizophrenia? I am having pain in my spine.

I had neck pain 10 days ago, so i took some painkiller from local shopkeeper and used ice on neck. After 2 -3 days it helped. But again the pain comes previous day and this time stiffness in the neck and headache. Pain is more like burn. What should I do?
