I am having severe backache since 2 months such that I am not able to sit for atleast 10min on bed or chair or anything else. Today I got done X-ray of spine .please see and let me know if there is any issue.

Do you have any pain shooting from low back down to the foot on the back of your lower limb?
X ray shows straightening of lumbar spine indicating paraspinal muscle spasm.
Should relive with rest and medication followed by physiotherapy and strengthening exercises
