At 60 age a lot of MRI scans can show abnormalities which are due to age related changes. It's lucky she fell but didn't fracture any bones. What she likely has is muscle injury which will heal if given good time and rest. Give her vitamin d injection and her healing will improve.
Next Steps
consult if needed
