I am just 23 and working...I have severe backache since last 2 years... I however managed it until now but since last month my left leg has a tingling sensation... And the backache has become more severe. Please help.

Tingling sensation is due to nerve compression at lumber spine. Take 8 sessions of lumber traction and swd followed by McKenzie exercise, consult physiotherapist for same.
