Severe backache
I am a married woman. i have a backache for 1 month at right posterior superior iliac spine. i wanted to know why it is. it is not reducing with local balms and positioning. what may be the reason? and what treatment can i take?

Take pain killers for the pain along with local application. If the pain still doesn't reduce get a MRI done for Lumbar region with Hip screening.
