Hello doc. As of now I have consulted 3 orthopedics. And 3 of them had diff diagnosis. 1-trapezitis 2-cervicular radiculopathy 3-fibromyalgia Currently I m on tablets for the 3rd diagnosis. And that doctor is doing deep tissue massage every 3 or 4 days. But still the pain is persistent.and it becomes severe if I m sleeping or taking support of my back. What do I do now? Continue with the deep tissue massage or not? I m attaching the xray reports

I had a car accident 1 week ago..nothing major in term of physical wound. I am having bad neck pain and lower back pain and I injured my tailbone. After taking pain medication for 1 week with no result I got an xray done and mri . No fracture in xray but MRI cervical and lumbar show straightening of spine rest it doesn't show any nerve pinch...but I have having shooting pain in by cervical area that is radiating to arms and making them numb sometime. Also when I am.sitting for even small time the right foot base is getting numb. I don't understand where the issue is. Is this due to straightening of spine at cervical and lumbar region?

From yesterday morning am getting severe back pain i got c section in dec 2021 and this is second c section... first c section happened at September 2019 recently am suffering from severe back pain day after day...am taking some pain killers to get instant relief from the pain but how i can get the permanent solution from this back pain please suggest some medicine to reduce the back pain to ease my life further
