Sir/ma'am I feel pain in hands joint since 4 days and shoulder. Please give some advice to reduce this pain.🙏🙏

The left side of my 12 th rib cage is abnormally higher than my right..sir you all can see the difference clearly, facing tightness 😭please how to fix it so that tightness go and what is the problem??

From last few months every morning when I wake up, I am having pain in my foot area, the concentration of pain is around the heel bone(calcaneus) & metatarsal bone. I am feeling severe knee joints pain from 1 year and hip pain from last 4 month , I have consulted 4 RHUMETOLOGIST till now ,but my disease not diagnosed till now , in one year I have no swelling and never esr crp raised hlab27  negative bone scan normal , in Feb MRI of pelvic and SI joints was 100% normal ,I want to know should I repeat mri again now , mri can miss any  disease  in early stages,

I suffered an injury while training about an year and a half ago and I recently got an MRI done which shows partially torn ACL and grade 1 tear of horn of medical meniscus. Do I need a surgery? I am really nervous and scared. I'll be going to my doctor in a day or two and just wanted to know what's the take of the experts here.

I am facing lower back pain, neck pain and it travels to back head pain for past 4 days, the pain sometimes there in neck and if I don't have neck pain it travels to lower back and same to head also. Please advise on this? Thanks
