I suffered an injury while training and had to undergo the above mentioned. I have been advised to resume training after 3 months but my question was how long can I sit? I have been advised to sit on chairs since it has been a week since the surgery happened but I'm not sure how long can I sit. I'm a student and the past few days have affected my studies a lot. So if I sit for like 6 hours in sessions of 2-2 hours, will that be stressful for my knee or can I do it?

I have got lower back pain from last 7 days. I was on medication Etoshine 60 twice daily but i still have stiffness and pain. Can I do physiotherapy (electro therapy and ultra sound )for relieving the back pain and stiffness?

I had a dislocated shoulder 2 months back which resolved on its own once I stretched despite the pain, few days back after waking up I felt pain in my shoulder while moving my neck to a side and also the pain radiated to right arm, now my pain from neck is gone and I can move my neck but the pain in arm is still there , I visited a doctor and after X-ray doctor diagnosed cervical spondylitis. I would like to know how serious is the condition and is my arm pain due to same since I have no pain in my neck.

Seems all procto doctors haven't seen both x rays ,i am attaching preoperative x rays , trochanter is rotated and during surgery it was to be corrected,but negligence of docs leads to second surgery...patient is still in hospital,hospital doctors discussed the case yesterday, and told i lt need revision..but after how many days, because incision at hip is healing day by day..Date of surgery , 23july 2022, date of admission 17 july 2022..After how many days docs can do revision..

My one leg is shorter than other measuring between 1-2 cm. Can it be cured naturally with some exercises...as I feel awkward in public gatherings.

Dhs surgery done by senior resident in intertrochanteric fracture, but rotation hasn't been fixed by doctor , Rotation was caused by intertrochanteric fracture, and doctors are denying any further treatment, Even, H.o.d, consultant, associate professor denies the failure,they tell that rotation will come back automatically after walking, what will be further treatment for this. Patient is still in hospital.

My father fell in bathroom, we consulted a doctor in MBD but was not satisfied so I got him here with me as I live in Noida itself. Whom should I consult for best diagnosis?

I can feel discomfort in lower back and this is spreading to my buttock as well. My movement is not free

Left hand is paining, no incidents of falling down or lifing heavy weights. but candidate is idle most of the time as no work to do. recently get the xray done and found nothing. pain is there since 2 months. when pain relief gel is used giving relief for 2hours.laters it continues.only left hand is paining.any suggestion?

I have climbed many steps faster and for more time in past week. Suddenly yesterday from morning after sleeping by stomach, I felt pain above my knee joint in the muscles and also slight pain on the knee cap especially while bending. But no swelling or redness and also no pain while standing. Kindly say why it is and how to cure it permanently.
