Kneee pain
1.Moderate effusion in the knee joint with distension of supra and retropatellar bursa. Moderate synovial thickening proliferation also seen showing intermediate signal on both T1/T2W images - Likely inflammatory synovitis. Advised clinical correlation and synovial fluid / histopathological analysis.
2. Loculated fluid also seen in the MCL and pes anserinus bursa.
3. Complex grade III tear of posterior horn & body of medial meniscus seen.
4. Focal full-thickness cartilage defect is seen over the posterior weight-bearing surface 13mm in length with subchondral cystic changes and marrow edema.
These above are the findings of my MRI of right knee please help!
