Core decompression with stem cell is evolving treatment. Bimac therapy after decompression has good reliable results in AVN stage 2. Get opinion of orthopaedic surgeon and regeneration specialist to know pro and cons of treatment.

Stage 1 and 2  do well with Core decompression alone and is proven protocol according to studies. Core decompression with Stem cells is still an emerging treatment, and long term studies are still not available as it is a newer modality of treatment To give you an easier example now you got to buy a car, you're deciding between EV or a petrol car. EV's are recent and still emerging, but same time they are doing good, we don't know how they perform in the long run yet as they are recent development. Petrol cars have been there since time immemorial. So here Stem cell therapy is like EVs: they are doing well but we don't know everything about them yet, petrol car is like Core decompression procedure which has been the treatment since long time.
Next Steps
Discuss with Orthopaedic Surgeon and Regenerative medicine specialist to compare pros and cons for both
