Can AVN in right hip stage 3 be cured?
I'm 30 years old female, suffering from stage 3 AVN at right hip since 4 months. I'm undergoing treatment from ortho. It is wait and watch treatment (or if required surgery in few months) according to the doctor. My pain varies with days, sometimes high or low. I want to know if surgery is the ultimate option? Or I should also consult with ayurvedic/homeopathy doctors and can take a parallel treatment? What is the best treatment for AVN if I have to avoid the surgery?

It is very difficult to get away from AVN and avoid surgery. Ultimately you will need surgery for sure. You can post your MRI pictures to me by taking an appointment on Practo for detailed counselling

Surgery is inevitable Try delay the surgery until the symptoms are severe
