Avascular necrosis of femoral head avn

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir my hips are painining from more than 8 months..doctor daignosed and told me I'm suffering from avascular necrosis of femoral head avn of both hips stage 3 for left and stage 2 for right and recomended me for hip replacement surgery.my age is 22 is there any other option besides hip replacement if so do tell me

Hip replacement is only a good choice. The joint will be more necrosed in future n stiff hip may develop. So dont waste time. I still advise to take at least 3 different opinions n the decide.
