Stage 2 of the avascular necrosis dicease in both the hips, patient resides in Delhi, and want ayurvedic treatment in Delhi only.

I am not sure is there any evidence in Ayurvedic treatment for AVN. Consult orthopaedic doctor. Because if you leave it longer you might require hip replacement in furture. He can have bis phosphate treatment.

No help in Ayurvedic. You can try core decompression first (surgery) and try to find the cause of AVN. THA is the last resort in AVN.

This MRI report suggests grade 2 avn of the femoral head left more than right. I guess you should consult an orthopaedic surgeon as ayurvedic treatment I doubt of any benefit. The progression of disease should be seen on further investigations to find the cause. For proper management consult soon.

You go to KLE belgaum medical college, they are very trained professionals in ayurvedic treatment, and in AVN hip treatment helps patient alot.
