AVN Stage 4 - without surgery possible ?
I broken my hip & I had a hip pinning surgery 15 months ago, still I'm unable to walk without using a crutch. In recent checkup I got diagnosed with Avascular necrosis of left femoral head with secondary osteoarthritis of left hip joint - Stage IV. I've attached X-ray for reference.
Is there any treatment for complete cure without any surgery?

No other Options other than THR, If You Delay surgery You Acatabular Cavity Also Get more Damage and then you may loose Good Surgery Recovery
