Hi Doctors,
I have been diagnosed with Grade 2 AVN - Both femoral heads. Core decompression has been advised which is scheduled this weekend.
Orthopedic surgeons (Allopathy) say AVN progression cannot be eliminated or reversed and THR is mandatory.
Ayurvedic doctors say reliefs the pain and starts the blood circulation therefore AVN hault at current stage without further degeneration of the bone.
Homeopathy says AVN can be completely cured and the need of THR can be eliminated.
I'm 27 years old and unmarried and I have no elders around me to guide me. I'm currently confused, stressed and anxious I request that if you can share some advice and what is the best that can be done.
If homeopathy or ayurveda can treat AVN which is the best hospital/ doctor to visit in Mumbai?
Any advice would be really helpful and highly appreciated.
Best health to all,
Cheers

You should flirt try Homeopathy because it usually has no side effects.
Do some yoga based exercises. You may visit my YouTube channel 'drncgupta' and watch 'me and my yoga '.
If you get relief, nothing like it.
If no relief, try Ayurveda, but be careful for side effects.
If nothing works, then THR is the answer.
God bless.
It is very clear There is no Role of Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic in AVN
GO For Core Decompression, it may helps to improve blood Flow, or it may get delayed your surgery.
If Grade is upgrading after 6month post Core Decompression , that time THR is option
Next Steps
Post THR you can do your Daily routine , Don't be Anxious
