AVN Grade 2
Diagnosed with grade 2 AVN, Core Decompression to be performed in a week. After core decompression, can AVN progression be stopped completely if proper care is taken? Is THR mandatory?

Core decompression definitely helpful , it will slow down the progression some patients may have good response till years. However THR will be required at later stage depending on the progression Be positive
