Diffuse disc bulge with mild protrusion & annular tear at L2-3 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae with mild spinal canal stenosis. Diffuse disc bulges with posterocentral protrusion & annular tear at L4-5 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae with mild spinal canal stenosis. uu Diffuse disc bulge at L3-4 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae .
