Up to march 15 2025 iam fine no pain in 5 years
I have travel daily my work purpoe in 2 Wheeler daily up and diwn 79 kms on 2 wheeler

Iam using belt travelling time.

If you don't have any weakness in your lower limbs then you can start light work.
Avoid lifting heavy weight and forward bending.
