Insufficient information, complete patient history not available. Doctors always treat the patient, and not an MRI. More than severity on MRI, I am interested in how severe is your pain and other complaints. If you can walk around pain free at home, you can travel. Otherwise not.
Next Steps
Avoid exertion.
Health Tips
Follow your doctors advice he has examined u physically.
