Hi...
Its Avascular Necrosis of the Hip joint. Your right side is more affected than left. I suggest to take opinion in person regarding "Core Decompression" Surgery for left hip with "regrow" injection if you can afford it. For Right side also can give a trial of Core decompression only but response may not be as the left side... This will eventually need a Hip replacement surgery. As you are young.. If you can delay as much its fine if ypu are able to manage day to day activities... Else consider decompression surgery and hip replacement.
