Kindly rest for 4weeks, then slowly start ur isometric exercises and if no pain u can got to gym after 12 weeks. Ice application Compression

For an accurate diagnosis, a detailed assessment with clinical examination and proper history followed by appropriate investigations is needed. As per MRI, Inflammation at site of tendon insertion needs rest followed by appropriate physiotherapy
