Shoulder pain after gym
Sir after heavy lift in gym shoulder pain from 22days my X-ray report is Normal ,see mri I attach according to mri its only inflammation or tear problem ? It's curable I take anti inflammatory also and can I go gym again or not ? Thanks In advance

Rotator cuff tear and tendinitis shouldnt be ignored at all. You should consult with a pain management specialist for further management. Initially medicines should be given but if it isnt giving relief then Platelet rich plasma therapy will be helpful in these cases.

Continue your routine activities but dont lift heavy weights.

Use Volini etc 2-3 times a day. Dont ignore this pain if it isnt cured in next 2 weeks and consult with a doctor.

It's just a supra spinatus tendinitis.. yu can goto gym after inflammation has healed
