Pain since a month. Vit d for 4 months.

Since last month , i have pain in both knees when i get up etc. It became worse. Now i have pain in left lower back , left back, left neck, left arm , left feet while walking or sitting,left hip pain when sitting,also i feel if there is lil less muscle in my left leg compared to right. I am feeling constipated, feels shocks throughout body at random times like pins and needles, Yesterday I felt pain in left leg one finger whenever I put pressure.i have lil left jaw and left eye pain. Please help me, it's not unbearable pain, very mild but uncomfortable, i sleep 4 hrs a day , i have anxiety, i Google my symptoms, Please help me. Before 6 months i got my brain ,spine mri, ncv tests , which went normal. Please hhhelp. Before this happened i used lot of bone strengthen tablets , anxiety tablets, syngaba, b12 and vit d for 4 months.
