If there was injury, ankle sprain as suggested by MRI could be treated with R-Rest for 1 week I-Ice pack application C-Compression with crepe bandage to be applied by doctor E-Leg elevation to reduce swelling

There some ligament sprain and minor injury to the bone. Your can use ankle brace or crepe bandage for few days. Weight bearing as able.
