Blood clot or swelling lump on thigh
10days back i had met with a bike accident where when i was trying to stop my bike In a high speed it gave pressure on thigh and small injury happent on thigh after that injury resolved but a lump formed on a thigh ..i used 10days antibiotics (5days of ag625 then went to gynaecologist she gave tabroside plus).but there is no change in lump..iam in breastfeeding so can't use more than that ..is there any ointment which can reduce the lump..picture attached for same...lump is not so hard nor so soft.. please suggest me what to do whom to consult or which treatment should I take

For an accurate diagnosis, a detailed assessment with clinical examination and proper history followed by appropriate investigations is needed.An Ultrasound of the swelling would be more appropriate investigation at this point of time and with available information
