Is there any irritation of skin at the suture site. Has the redness increased over the last few days. It seems to be normal but if the redness has increased over the last few days, it would be better to get clinically examined to rule out the possibility of local inflammation.
Next Steps
You can start with ice fomentation,  take analgesic if there is pain.

Visibly it looks okay. But if there is local tenderness over incision along with local warmth, fever-Immediately visit for physical consultation with surgeon who has operated.
