As there is pain at multiple joints, at this age, it may be due to joint inflammatory disorder or sometimes due to calcium and vitamin d deficiency due to reduced activity level..
Next Steps
You should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic,  calcium and vitamin d supplement. Also, start with exercises for strengthening the joints.
Health Tips
You can visit a Physiotherapy centre to start the exercises.. If not relieved, we may plan to get some investigations done..
