I have a leg pain for no major injuries and it constantly makes me feel tired and sleepy. What is the deficiench and how to overcome or what to get tested

How long does pain last after tibial bone grafting? Bone grafting and tibial nail insertion has been done on 7th July 22 but still there is lot of pain in leg.

Is arthroscopic ACL reconstruction painful? I'll be undergoing the same this weekend and my coach had his ACL reconstructed as well not quite long ago and he told me that it hurts like hell for the first few weeks. Is that so?

My father getting severe knee pain and swelling. During his adult age he is suffering with knee pain during that time he had taken oxlgien-DP tablet. from Last around seven years he stopped taking that tablet. And in 2018 he get full knee pain and swelling so orthopaedic doctor removed fluid from knee then his pain reduced little bit. Again now he is suffering from knee pain atleast once in year and it continues for atleast one month and then stops. This is happening from last 6 years. we using  so many remedies and tablets

Hello My mother is suffering from L5 S1 grade one slippage since 2019. In 2019 We had visited spine specialist who has given medicine and excercise and she was comfortable to walk wearing bealt occasionally. Since last 9 months she is suffering from stomach issue of diarrhea,  feels stomach is full after eating small meal and need to  empty stomach after eating. we have visited gastroenterologist who gave medicine like  post which it's in control along with diet changes. Blood tests and stool reports are normal. She lost around 4 kg of weight  during 4 months which is stable now. There is also muscle loss observed At present she isn't able to walk or sit for more than 5 mins . Orthopaedic has given medicines like maxgalin and nice. We are confused that stomach problem is not resolved even after taking medicine for 4 months and back problem has increased we are confused whether we should treat L5 S1 problem first or stomach ? Are these related ..which specialist should we reach out to

The patient has minimal joint effusion. I have attached her MRI report. Some doctors are suggesting to go for surgery while some are saying to wait and get it healed naturally. Can you please go through the report and let me know what should be done? Patient has heavy pain on knee and have started resting since MRI reports came- not sitting down, minimal stairs climbing and not folding knee.

Hi dr.. From last 6 months I am having pain in wrist but that was not continues... But now from last 15 days whenever I exert that hand (like stretching up and down) then pain is felt on that wrist... Also while bending that towards 90 degree bone is felt outside... Which is not same as of other hand's wrist. What's this?
