Pain in both knees
I am experiencing pain in both my knees for past few days. The left knee has more pain than right one. I have had no injury of nay kind anytime in my knees. The pain is dull whole time but becomes sharp when I climb stairs, kneel or sit crosslegged. Even in sleep I experience dull pain especially in left knee. My height is 5" 3 ft and weight 82 kgs. Do I have osteoarthritis?

It is too early an age to develop osteoarthritis.  But  there seems to be increased pressure over the knee joints considering your height and weight. It would be better to start exercises to reduce the weight and increase the strength of knee joint muscles.
Next Steps
Pls start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic tablet for pain relief, start calcium and vitamin d supplement,  start Physiotherapy..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work  avoid sitting down  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid stair climbing and descending..
