I've recently been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, The USG of my right wrist indicates diffuse thickening of the median nerve within the carpal tunnel, I've been prescribed with Physiotherapy treatment with which I've got some relief in my symptoms but tingling sensation and few symptoms still persist, I was just curious If I could do some calisthenics with this medical condition of mine. I've already consulted some doctors about this and all of them gave ambiguous opinions, I would really like to know, If doing PushUps and PullUps will help in amelioration of the condition or would make it worse than before?
I've attached the USG Report of my right wrist.
