Lower back pain - Right side only.
I had lower back pain from more than a year. It is Not extreme pain sometime move towards front groin area(abdomen) right side... Few Months back I had severe pain in chest muscles with shoulder and back also. Doctor identified vitamin D deficiency and then I took vitamin D tab once a week for 16 week and all after that once a month(Still continue). MY QUESTION: Chest, shoulder, back pain completely gone only lower back pain issue is there. Why this perticular area pain is not going? NOTE: 1.USG abdomen (including kidney reports are normal) 2. I did less than normal body movement as doing work from home from last 2.5 years- 8 hours setting on a chair.

Lower back pain may be due to many issues ranging from muscle spasm , disc issues. You avoid lifting weight, bending for 2 weeks
