Had a bad accident a month back when a scooty hit me and I fell on my back . I had severe pain and it still having it but to pain has been reduced to 80-90 % ...wat more should I do to relieve my symptoms and feel normal .suggest sone excercise as I am a regular excerciser but have not done done since a month .feel pain in buttocks and back gets stiff most of the times

Do u have history of tingling sensation in lowerlimbs? Or history of bowel and bladder disturbances? If u have any of these, better get an MRI and forward me. For now, 1. Physiotherapy: USG/ IFT and back strengthening exercises will do. 2. T. Mobizox PO 1-0-1 3. Avoid bending forward and lifting weights.
