Back pain due to fell down the stairs
Getting back pain after falling down the stairs. I fall on the edge of stairs,My left side above waist part got hurt.. the pain is increasing.. I took 2 nos. Of nucoxia 90 mg .. but it's no help.. need advice

It must be a blunt injury.
.1.Hot water bag application
2.mild back exercises
if already done that...then may require medicines for pain.let me know

Please get an x ray done of the injured spine area. There can be an u displaced fracture.
