I am suffering from rheumatic knee joint pain. I am on medication since july 2015. Still this pain getting worst. I am lactation mother. So used to take medicine once a day. I had given local steriod by my previous orthopedic last year. Can you suggest medicine/practice/ exercise which can help to get a relief.

I recently underwent a knee surgery. As a result of tht, I have a injury/ wound on my thigh because of the tourniquet. It's causing a lot of pain and discomfort. What can be done to treat it at the earliest?

I slept in a wrong position where my right arm was beneath my whole body. I'm not able to move freely now as it pains at certain movement and this is extended to my shoulder. Yesterday I applied a pain relief paste and massage it but instead of releasing the pain, it is more painful now.

Hi i have a problem since 10 years.my left hand shoulder joints is moved sometimes, while playing cricket,or doing some warm ups. so if it happens, am getting severe pain for few minutes, after that, the pain slowly stables for minimum two days.Particularly it happens on the same spot,every time. My left arm and Palm is feeling a needle pricking feeling and the arms are aching also. This happens occasionally and I've been ignoring it after the pain disappeares.

I have a bad shoulder plain and lower hip pain. My shoulder pain is all throughout the day and I experience my lower hip pain is terrible when I lay down in my bed
