While playing football I had a collision with other player. Unfortunately I didn't have the guard on. The location of impact was shin bone. It kind of swollen up and I feel pain while walking. I have had shin bone injuries before but these is worst. I need advice what should I do to heal.

Shin pain during walking
Hi,
I tend to walk fast but both my shins start paining. Only happens while walking and running. The pain occurs between foot and knee on the front side. It starts slow, gets very bad & then calms down. I've been experiencing this pain fr a long time bt now that I need to walk a lot, it is showing up quite frequently.
