I am under weight and want to grow healthy (as i am very skinny too!). i want to do so without any extra supplements if possible. what diet should i follow i have an average exercise time as go for a walk...

Please mention your proper height and weight, so that appropriate health programme could be created. But still for weight gaining, do some weight wearing exercises under proper guidance and proper diet plan is mendetory for this, Please took proper proteins, transfat, carbs and vitamins too.
