Bone & Muscle problems

I feel knee pain in my left leg while riding stairs. It's for the past one month. It started all of sudden w/o any injury. I don't know. Used ointment for temp. relief but it's not fully cured. Planning to consult a doc. If possible, Can you please suggest me any help here? Thanks.

I get excess sweating in palm and feet region . I feel very difficult to carry-on my daily chores because of it. I find it troublesome writing and operating computers,other electronic devices as the the articles get wet,damp. I have used powder,Aldry lotion but there's no improvement

Having minor fracture in spine but having heavy pain that i couldn't even sit and stand. I am an asthmatic patient and I was taking steroids for the cure for the last 3-4 years. this year I was hospitalized 3 times due to asthma attack in jaipur golden hospital and I found that my nerves and bones were damaged heavily due to steroids. I have already shown my case to dr. shankar acharya and want to consult dr. h.s. chabra.

I need to strengthen my VMO as advised by doctor. He has demonstrated the exercised by using a quadriceps boars. What alternative should I use for quad board at home or is it better to buy quad board? If yes, Suggest me some shops in pune. What should be the angle to do toe outward knee extension on quad board?

C/o of pain in thigh exces sweating and high blood pressure frm last 1 year. visted doctor physcian fr bp ortho fr thigh pain n derma for excss swearing. echo thyroid profile random glucose and x ray . all d results are normal.now I m geting so depresed..
