AS is a painful, progressive rheumatic disease. Alternative therapies like Acupuncture & gentle therapeutic massage have shown better relief in recent studies. I suggest you to try acupuncture. Acupuncture can decrease the pain substantially over a long run as it has it's own theory of improving inner strength.
